The Somaliland presidential election, in which three candidates - Musa Bihi Abdi (Kulmiye), Abdirahman Mohamed Abdilahi, known as Cirro (Wadani), and Faysal Ali Warabe (UCID) - were running, passed off without incident on 13 November.
