Internal rivalries resurface in Dbeibeh and Haftar election talks

The eight representatives from Libya's east and west, gathered under the so-called "4+4" committee, are due to meet again in Tunis in a fresh attempt to agree on the electoral process. If talks fail, the head of the UN mission in Libya is expected to push ahead with an alternative plan.
