Macron aims to get Luanda peace process back on track

On the sidelines of the Francophonie Summit, which opens on 4 October, the French head of state will hold separate meetings with presidents Paul Kagame and Félix Tshisekedi. The Angola-backed agreement between Kigali and Kinshasa will be at the heart of these talks.
