Two Yaoundé creditors locked in legal battle in French courts

The Paris court of appeal has refused to suspend the provisional enforcement of a judgment delivered last year. The ruling had given the financial management firm Ivo Capital control over the arbitration case over a debt of several million dollars that pits Projet Pilote Garoubé against the state of Cameroon.
