Explosive report on land allocation kept under wraps by William Ruto

A multi-agency committee has issued recommendations on several thousand hectares of land in Ndabibi illegally sold in the 1990s. The document was submitted last year but has never been made public by the president. It spells bad news for many, and good news for a select few, including the head of state.

Central African Republic Energy Minister Arthur Bertrand Piri is trying to sell shares in a petroleum products storage company to the Cameroonian firm Neptune Oil. The situation is being closely monitored by his uncle, President Faustin Archange Touadéra, and by Prime Minister Félix Moloua.
