Touadéra keeps an eye on his hydrocarbons minister nephew

Central African Republic Energy Minister Arthur Bertrand Piri is trying to sell shares in a petroleum products storage company to the Cameroonian firm Neptune Oil. The situation is being closely monitored by his uncle, President Faustin Archange Touadéra, and by Prime Minister Félix Moloua.
