French judiciary rules death of Mamadou Moustapha Ba to be suicide
French investigators have concluded the former Senegalese finance minister died by suicide in early October in Paris. Their findings have been transmitted to their Senegalese counterparts, who have launched their own inquest, deeming the circumstances of Ba's death to be suspicious.
