Nouakchott demands security guarantees from Rabat before lifting taxes
Mauritania is asking Morocco for better security coordination before it agrees to lift its exceptional tax hikes on Moroccan fruit and vegetables. Nouakchott tripled the duties in response to Rabat's drone strikes against gold miners in the border area.
