US lobbyist Marc Porter claims $94m from Bamako

Stratcomms boss Marc Porter, the US lobbyist hired in 2018 to facilitate meetings with senior staffers of the Trump administration, has filed a complaint before Nevada court against the Malian state. He is claiming $94m from Bamako, $93m of which for "unfair enrichment" in reference to the additional financial assistance the US granted Mali in 2020, which he believes he enabled.
