JA Delmas terminates Tractafric joint venture to go it alone on African power plants

France's JA Delmas and Morocco's Tractafric, both of which distribute Caterpillar products in various parts of Africa, have by common agreement decided to terminate their partnership. A new JA Delmas subsidiary will be developing power plant projects on its own for the mining industry.
