New Costa government reshuffles top players in Lisbon's Africa strategy

The change of government in Lisbon has brought in a raft of new people in foreign policy, which has taken a decidedly more African turn with the arrival of foreign minister João Gomes Cravinho and minister of the economy António Costa e Silva. This comes as Portugal seeks to consolidate its central role in European diplomacy in Africa.
