French airports group ADP gears up to leave the country

The French company formerly known as Aéroports de Paris has a 35% stake in the Ravinala Airports consortium, which manages the terminals at Ivato and Nosy Be. It is set to sell its stake to the consortium's majority shareholder, Meridiam.
