Seven months after attempted coup, Rajoelina keeps faith with his security chiefs
Madagascan president Andry Rajoelina is continuing to rely on the same small group of individuals who were handling security questions before the mid-2021 attempted coup. He nevertheless launched a radical reorganisation of the army before the would-be putschists were arrested.
