Sierra Leone activists take action against Beny Steinmetz before the US courts
Sierra Leone NGO Marginalised Affected Property Owners, which is taking legal action in the country against Beny Steinmetz Group Resources to obtain recognition of the environmental and social damage caused by its Koidu diamond mine, has asked a US court to give it access to documents it hopes will help it win its case.
