Major wheels set in motion ahead of Tebboune's state visit to France

After he spoke by phone with President Emmanuel Macron this week, it's looking increasingly certain that Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune will pay an official visit to France. To pave the way, Algerian army chief Said Chengriha is due in Paris later this month, while a top French foreign ministry official is expected in Algiers.
