Dabaiba pressures Mangoush and Menfi into accepting election postponement

Libya's representatives at the 76th General Assembly of the United Nations have been instructed to refrain from any mention of elections on 24 December. Najla al-Mangoush and Mohamed el-Menfi, both of whom until now had been favourable to the holding of these elections, have fallen into line behind PM Abdelhamid Dabaiba.
