After the crash of Martin UAV's prototype, the Navy reopens its drone contract
US drone manufacturer Martin UAV, which had been short-listed to equip four offshore patrol vessels for the Navy, has withdrawn from the project following the crash of the prototype it had sent to Tunisia. The incident may not necessarily play to Rival Schiebel's advantage.
