Umaro Sissoco Embaló fails to mend fences between Libreville and Luanda

Guinea-Bissau's president has failed in his attempt to mediate between Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema and João Lourenço. The Angolan leader is the only African head of state not to have recognised the new Gabonese president since he seized power four months ago.
