Disgraced DRC presidential adviser Fortunat Biselele makes a comeback

Fortunat Biselele, a former adviser to DR Congo President Félix Tshisekedi, fell from grace after being accused of colluding with Rwanda and spending nearly six months in prison. He has since been acquitted and is gradually returning to the presidential fold.
