Malabo takes 'ill-gotten gains' fight to The Hague after throwing in the towel in Paris

Equatorial Guinea has not given up on its sumptuous Paris residence at 42 Avenue Foch, which was confiscated by the French justice system in the so-called "ill-gotten gains" affair. Its lawyers have referred the case to the International Court of Justice to try and prevent the building being sold.
