At the end of December the CAR Finance Ministry published a list of the various contracts that Bangui has signed as a result of the fight against Covid-19. The main beneficiary in 2021 was the company Facility+, owned by Dimitri Mozer, who is also Honorary Consul General of CAR in Liege, Belgium.

The EU's training mission in CAR has been suspended since the beginning of December, however ways to revive it are currently being examined. Cooperation with the Rwandan army is one route being considered in Paris, but implementing this would be challenging.
