Former Africo shareholders hold firm on valuation of Kalukundi copper in Och-Ziff case
In a document filed with a court in New York, Africo's former shareholders argue that Och-Ziff's estimate of the amount it owes them following its takeover of the Kalukundi copper deposit is too low. They cast doubt, too, on the valuation of the site made by the American government, which is supposed to be their ally in the affair.
