An international organisation of brokers is attempting to sell large arsenals of light weapons in connection with African military leaders. From the United Arab Emirates to Serbia and Turkey, it is trying to develop its activities while staying under the radar as much as possible.

From 17 to 19 November, the Togolese head of state will meet with his Russian counterpart to discuss the deteriorating security situation in the Sahel. Leading a delegation of private sector representatives, he will also attempt to negotiate agreements on trade, transport and infrastructure.
