In Dakhla, Akhannouch, Benjelloun and Windvision are powering a secret wind turbine project

Shortly before becoming prime minister, Aziz Akhannouch launched a major wind power project in Dakhla, Western Sahara. To create this 200MW wind farm, his company Green of Africa, co-owned with the banker Othman Benjelloun, has embarked on an ambitious project with Belgian-Dutch company Windvision.
