President William Ruto is quietly repositioning Kenya in the Western Sahara dispute, edging closer to Rabat's camp as fertiliser diplomacy and economic interests take priority over long-standing support for the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic, which has an embassy in Nairobi.
