CAR rebel chief Noureddine Adam seeks to rally dissident groups in country's north

The leader of the FPRC militia has left Khartoum, Sudan, where he was living. At the same time, once rival rebel groups appear to be regrouping in CAR's diamond-rich Vakaga province where the rebellions began.

Burundi was a pariah for international funders under the late president Nkurunziza. But the country has been very firmly back in their good books since Evariste Ndayishimiye took office two years ago and ended his predecessor's isolationist policies.
