President Touadéra seeks to build pro-Western foreign policy to loosen Wagner's grip

In light of the Russian paramilitary group's growing power in the country, Central African leader Faustin-Archange Touadéra has been working on improving relations with Washington. He is getting help from his Rwandan counterpart and main ally, Paul Kagame.
