BEAC moves ahead on rehabilitation fund without agreement, despite US pressure

The extractive industry companies, mainly American, are prolonging negotiations on the repatriation of their rehabilitation funds to the Bank of Central African States. In doing so, they have the backing of Donald Trump's administration.
